Former WWE professional wrestler who is also a podcaster currently talked about leading competitor of WWE championship, Jinder Mahal’s dramatic change in physique. He talked about it in Conversation with The Big Guy and hinted that Jinder Mahal did not attain this impressive physique with exercise and strict diet alone and implied that Hinder Mahal is on steroid.
Here is what Ryback exactly stated – “Speaking of *** (breast), who I noticed had ***(breast) this week on Raw, Jinder Mahal. I noticed when they did a close up of his *** chest and I just noticed it right away. I’ve never had that or anything because I don’t… like, there’s no reason to. When you get gyno, red flags right off the *** bat, Dr. David Black. Jesus Christ, that *** don’t happen on its own and I like Jinder and what not and he looks great, but I am pointing out the obvious, that that doesn’t just *** happen from *** drinking your protein shake.”
(abusive words are omitted in the statement)
According to Ryback’s statement, Jinder Mahal has gynecomastia which is sometimes caused by intake of anabolic steroids. So Ryback was indirectly stating that Jinder Mahal consumes steroids and that’s why suffered from Gynecomastia.
Gynecomastia is a disease which is defined as the excessive growth of breast tissue that characteristically presents with an elastic or a firm palpable tissue, which extends symmetrically outward from the nipple area. Under microscopic analysis, this is a benign condition with enlargement of male glandular breast tissue. It occurs symmetrically in both breasts. Gynecomastia is often occur by a hormonal imbalance in males, and wherein there is a supremacy of estrogen secretion as a result of excessive estrogen production or a lower level of androgenic hormone synthesis. Estrogen is an important hormone that motivates the proliferation of the breast tissue. Moreover, it causes development within the breast ducts, causing it to grow and branch diffusely. Estrogen also increases the vascularity of breast tissue. This imbalance in hormones can be caused by a lot of factors such as the use of estrogenic medications, puberty, kidney disease, liver disease, hyperthyroidism, tumors that produce estrogen and prolactin. Sometimes it can also be caused by the elevated activity of aromatase, the enzyme important for estrogen synthesis.
In Gynecomastia the underlying matter is firm and irregular tissue which sometimes even can be painful to touch. In this disease, hard lump of tissue occurs under the nipple which can also extend outside the borders of the areola depending upon how much fat there is. Gynecomastia can only be reduced surgically. Sometimes it may be hard to differentiate if it is mixed gland and fat causing the swelling. Therefore visibility depends on the grade. True gynecomastia is a lot more common at certain stages of life – especially in teenagers during puberty or in older men when testosterone levels naturally decrease. Gynecomastia can also be caused due to other conditions, medications or recreational drugs.
To treat gynecomastia medications and supplements that elaborate estrogen synthesis should be stopped. Patients are then asked to follow up from 6 months to a year. If there are no changes in the occurrence of symptoms, medications such as estrogen receptor blockers will be offered. But there are some patients, who find the symptoms psychologically upsetting, to those surgical removals of the enlarged breast tissue may be offered.
Gynecomastia can be cured through liposuction surgery. In liposuction surgery, fat is removed through a hollow tube called cannula and a suction device called aspirator. Liposuction methods are divided according to the amount of fluid injection and by the mechanism in which the cannula works. After the surgery, you will soon get to see the change in your body and will get rid of those unwanted man boobs or moobs permanently.
Well, it is also important that you follow all patient care instructions provided by your surgeon. Your doctor should also give detailed guidance about the normal symptoms you will experience or any potential signs of complications. It is also essential to understand that the amount of time it takes for recovery differs greatly among individuals. The outcomes of liposuction surgery are permanent because fat cells have been removed. Life changing benefits of this liposuction technique includes MORE MASCULINE-LOOKING PHYSIQUE, BOOST OF CONFIDENCE, BETTER-FITTING CLOTHING, MORE ACTIVE LIFESTYLE, IMPROVED POSTURE and so on. After going through this surgery you can live a normal life once again.
